Gift #2: How to Bring Peace to Your Life with Mindfulness Meditation - A Free Course
We were raised to believe that with success comes happiness.
And we were raised to believe that, to obtain success in the future, we had to sacrifice our happiness and suffer now.
However, there's a better way to live.
And, by the way, it's a way in which we're not only happier but more productive in the process. Funny how that works, huh?

Take Your Buddhaimonia on the Go
I've loved audiobooks for a long time.
I've been an avid reader for some time now, but when I discovered audiobooks not only did my reading speed go through the roof, but my ability to absorb the information did too.
I haven't done any research on the topic or anything, but swear by our ability to absorb information via audio better as opposed to text.
Podcasts are to audiobooks as articles are to books. They're short-form (30-60 minutes on average) on-demand, FREE content at your fingertips while you’re on a drive, on a walk, at the gym, doing the dishes, and anything else in your everyday life. You can listen anytime!
Currently, I have one podcast (with plans to add more in the future): Zen for Everyday Life with Matt Valentine
This podcast is a natural extension of the Buddhaimonia blog and so far I've had a blast doing it. It's skyrocketed to one of the top podcasts in iTunes under both the Buddhism and Spirituality categories and continues to grow in popularity.
You can check out the podcast on iTunes here:Buddhaimonia.com/go/iTunes
